Deep Work Journal Prompts to connect with your inner self
Do you want to discover your self, desires and things holding you back? Journaling is one of the most powerful tools for you to do exactly that.
All the big names is human psychology advocate journaling as a tool that will literally make you discover yourself.
I have been trying to journal every night, and let me tell you the things that I have discovered about myself.
It is not a happy process, and it may trigger painful memories, but these questions will really help you to dig deep.
Answer one question at the time, and take some time to really think about it. I try to fill a whole page with every answer. Just start writing without overthinking.

Journal Prompts about your Goals and Aspirations
1. What are my core priorities in life, and how can I align my actions with them more intentionally?
2. How do I define success, and how does that definition shape my actions and goals?
3. Describe a goal I’ve set for myself. How can I break it down into smaller, actionable steps?
4. What are my top three values, and how do I embody them in my daily life?
5. What habits do I want to cultivate to improve my physical, mental, and emotional well-being?
6. How do I recharge and replenish my energy when I’m feeling depleted or burnt out?
7. Describe a goal you have been hesitant to pursue. What’s holding you back, and how can you overcome it?
8. How do I handle uncertainty and ambiguity? What strategies help me navigate these situations?
9. How does not achieving my goals make me feel? What is making me not take action on my goals? Is it
a belief I have, or maybe a hidden fear?
10. What is one small thing I can do today to move closer to my goal?
11. Do I think I am worthy of success? Why or why not?
12. Why do I tend to make excuses for not succeeding?
13. When was the last time I achieved a goal I set for myself? Why do I think I achieved that goal?
14. What are three small steps I could take towards my goals this week?

32. Write a letter to my future self, outlining my hopes, dreams, and aspirations.

turned out to be true?
